Reviewed on 12th November 2018All as you would hope & expect. Collected quickly & were waiting for us on return. Only criticism is that they drop off & collect in the short stay (orange) car park which adds another £4 to the cost & makes it a bit tricky to find them. Car only did 10 miles.

Reviewed on 27th October 2018We were running late on our way out due to the traffic, but phoned them up and it was all fine. You drop the car in a certain car park and level as told when you phone 15 minutes beforehand. Pick up from the same place, we only had to wait a few minutes to collect too. We chose the option to pay the exit fee on way out, was told was £3.80 but it was in fact £4.00 and can only pay by card, not cash. This is only reason why I marked the review down as would have been very handy to know, after the flight home.

Reviewed on 3rd October 2018Bit disappointed with the pick up on the first week as my son had to wait along time for his car. Second week called to say 2 cars to pick up had to wait for the second car.

Reviewed on 2nd July 2018All was fine but when we arrived to collect vehicle it was in the car park unattended and we had to wait for ten minutes until a driver arrived with my colleagues vehicle. The charge on the ticket was £4. I Know this is Gatwick charge but, Yet, when we arrived the vehicles were collected in drop off zone resulting the company not having to pay anything for the parking. Why therefore were we not met at the drop of point for collecing so we had no charges? Just seemed a bit one sided that one.

Reviewed on 25th May 2018Took a while for the car to be picked up on arrival even though we phoned up in advance. Very impressed on delivery once we returned to Gatwick. Was in the car park waiting for us.
