We had to park and move to Heathrow and Gatwick Valet Parking went above and beyond meeting us quickly so that we could make a bus (and not have to wait an hour for the next one). The return pick-up went equally smoothly. When we spoke on the phone (several times) they seemed to know who we were and could give good advice. Really cannot fault.
