Excellent service, drop car off in short stay car park where driver waiting, a small step from the lift to departures, go on holiday, return, driver waiting with your car! How easy is that! All that is required of you is two phone calls! Great!

We telephoned 10 minutes before our arrival and the agent was already waiting for us when we pulled into the short term car park. On our return we telephoned when we had collected our luggage and he was pulling in as we got to the car park which is opposite the terminal. The whole process from our telephone booking to the collection of the car was completely problem free. Have used them before and will definitely use them again. A good competitive price too.

I can't praise this company more than fantastic! I left my mobile phone in the car and didn't realise until we were about to go through security. When I rang them they came all the way back to the airport to bring me my phone. Absolutely brilliant customer service.

Always use Gatwick Valet Parking when flying out of Gatwick. Have never had a problem with them, always a good service from them.
