Reviewed on 10th May 2011Their price for a 3 week park came up cheapest on the web site. What they dont tell you is that you have to pay another £5 for them to park your car when you arrive. If you do it yourself the spaces are some distance from the office/bus terminal. At 4.30am in the morning if the weather is not so good and the bus might not wait it does not give you much option.Pay up!!For that reason being held to ransom I would think twice before using them again. Otherwise the bus drop off and pick up was efficient and the driver helpful

Reviewed on 26th July 2010I have used air parks on several ocassions and this year i was disappointed with the fact that I had paid £40 to park my car and when arriving at the air parks was asked for an additional £5.00 for my car to be parked and my keys kept. What was the £40.00 I had already paid for?

Reviewed on 23rd July 2010I have used your park for the last 5 years I am so disappointed to find you now charge 5 pounds to park a car and you have not taken the price of your parken down for parken the car yourself also ther is no mention of this change on your web sight

Reviewed on 5th April 2010I had to park my car myself; this could involve a lengthy walk between the car and the shuttle bus - not so good in the rain and darkness. We had to load and unload our luggage into shuttle bus; not so easy with only a small entrance and with others attempting to do the same. It was not clear that this reduction in service made the price any less.

Reviewed on 10th September 2009Beware "park your own car and keep your keys"..new policy.Would not use this park again for that reason only. Most inconvenient and not made clear at booking.

Reviewed on 27th July 2009Outward experience was first class. Unfortunately the return was not so good. Had to wait around 25 mins for a bus at 4.45am, lots of other buses but no Airparks. Naturally when a bus arrived it took another age to load up (standing room), check tickets etc. and get us to cars. I have to say the driver was quite excellent and did very well considering the full bus and luggage he had to deal with.
