A great service very helpfull and gave clear instructions what to do. The bus drivers coud not do enough for us when we got on the bus with our cases. I would use this firm again.

The car parking was good, but the state of the road leading to the car park was very bad.

No probs with service, helpful. More signage lit up would be helpful onsite so you can remember where you leave your car as park so vast - this would save you feeling obliged to then pay for parking at reception or pick up from airport - both of which are extras to your sales. M Ellis

Quick and easy to use website, easy check-in, fairly quick transfers to and from airport (slight wait for bus both times)all in all good service, would definately recommend.

Everything was fine and we had our car washed. Got held up at Istanbul and missed connection so had to stay overnight in Amsterdam. Phoned and advised would be day late and was no problem. Will use park again.

i used the priority parking system. my car was parked so close to the next car that i had difficulty getting into it ----and i am not fat. bus and driver were very good

Parking arrangements worked out smoothly, and the transport arrived and departed promptly. I would use Air Parks the next time I was flying from Glasgow.

The service you provided was very good the only problem we had was on out home journey. We arrived at the airport at 1.50am and we werent informed that we had to telephone after 11pm for a bus to pick us up. We waited for 40 mins with our 2 year old son. Other than that, the bus drivers were excellent very helpful and friendly.

Efficient service. Written information about pickup arrangements on return would have been helpful.

My car parking experience was easy going, no hassle. Park the car get on a bus and go. On my return journey my car was brought to the airport for me, great at 3.30am saved boarding a bus then travelling to the car park.
