I was not registered on their system for some reason on my arrival but was able to confirm my booking via my confirmation e-mail. Thereafter I waited approximately 10 minutes for the transfer bus to return and unload from the airport. The driver was unable to drop me off at my Hotel, Holiday Inn Express and I was dropped off about 500 yards across the road and had to cross a busy road with no footpath on a foul night. On my return I had to quote my ticket number again as they had no record of my name. Again, I waited about 10 minutes on the bus arriving and unloading. Overall, decent service, the drop off to the Holiday Inn Express needs to be looked at. If I was someone with mobility issues the drop off point is unacceptable. Price point was excellent, I was requiring nearly a months parking.

Apart from having to wade through a large puddle to get back into my car, everything went smooth with dropping off and collecting my car.

Really good experience, very quick arrival process very polite and informative receptionist. Flight home was late back but there was no problem with parking, phoned for pick up bus and it arrived really quickly. Checkout process was easy too, would definitely book through Park and Go again 😊

Excellent service as always. Dropped car off and courtesy bus was already waiting to take us to the airport, which only took 5 minutes. On our return the bus was waiting at the collection point. Brilliant service.

Excellent service at both drop off and pick up. Everything ran smoothly and the bus was ready to take us in both directions. All staff very nice and attentive. Highly recommend.
