Flying Scot Glasgow Reviews

Overall I was pleased with the service provided by Flying Scot Glasgow. Directions were good and we did not have to wait more than 10 minutes at either end for the shuttle bus at either end. My only problem was finding the free phone to ring Flying Scot at Glasgow Airport and ended up wandering around for a while, hence 4 stars instead of 5. More specific details of the location of the phone would be a welcome improvement.

All good until coming home. Waited about 15 minutes for bus to turn up then waited for over half hour before we left because we waited for bus to fill up. Used flying Scot several times and never had to wait so long to get back to car.

Easy drop off and only a 5 minute journey to airport. On our return phoned the number and the bus was there within 10 minutes to take us back. Would use this company again.

Easy to get to following instructions. Quick check in and not a long wait for transfer to airport. Return unfortunately was different as we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for bus to take us back to collect our car. This may have been caused by several flights all landing at the same time. Despite the delay would still use them as they are often the best price.

Good value service.

Good service, friendly staff, transfers running all the time, bus waiting when we arrived back at airport. Although car wasn’t in bay they said it was, they only took a minute to find it.

Overall very pleased. Pleasant staff and very good service. Would use again.

Couldn’t really fault it. Straight out of my car, straight into a minibus which took a short trip to the airport. Easily contacted on arrival back at Glasgow Airport & only approx 5 minute wait at the stance for them. If they did want to improve it would have been nice if my car was waiting by the office rather than having to walk to find it I’m its parking space (although mine really wasn’t far away so it wasn’t an issue). Also, being frosty, they could have had my windscreen cleared. I’m not saying I’m upset they didn’t do this, just that for that extra over-and-beyond service this would be appreciated especially with lots of delayed flights etc, helps passengers get on with their journey that little more. Would definitely use again!

Only fault are condition of some of the road surfaces in parking areas .those areas in desperate need of maintenance.

Although he isn't a confirmation printout and although making a phone call, on arrival at Flying Scot they had no knowledge of our booking. Fortunately the matter was dealt with efficiently.
