Excellent service.

On afternoon arrival in May quickly through check-in and although only two of us straight off to airport. On return 'phone call as soon as we received ALL our luggage' and bus arrived within a few minutes and a short wait for two passengers to arrive as two flights had arrived at same time. On arrival received car keys and code to exit and was off. Only problen was seeing numbers etc on control pannel.

The car park was easy to find, staff pleasant and helpful. A bus dropped us off and picked us up outside the airport. Thank you very much - made the start and end of our holiday stress free.

I found sevice poor we had to wait a long time at airport for shuttle bus when we arrived back at park there appeared to be buses sitting empty also we then had to go and find our car in park then we had to go and find our car at any other park i have used your car is usually parked ready with keys in it just ready for you to go.

I was impressed by warm friendly atmosphere and staff were very helpful, friendly and accomodating especially lugging the cases onto the bus. Return procedure was fast easy and very efficient. Most important of all car returned in condition brought in. Will definitely use again and will recommend to all my friends.

On arrival at Flying Scot Glasgow we were asked to park our cars at the arrival point hand our keys to reception and our cars would be parked. On return to Glasgow airport, Flying Scot delivered us to the car compound and our luggage was unloaded. We contacted reception and were given our keys. We asked where our cars were and had to walk through pouring rain to retrieve the vehicles. When asked why the vehicles were not parked in closer proximity to the set down point or arrival point, I was advised there was no insurance to move the vehicles. However, the vehicles had been moved and parked from original arrival. The point of the matter is if you are providing a service, its better to look after the customer's well being and have the vehicle in close proximity to the drop off point. The receptionist could have been more helpful in the inclement weather conditions as opposed to being defensive in responses and with contradictory replies. My comments are an observation and the potential for an improved service and trust they are useful. Regards, S Baldwin

Booked my car in over the internet, arrived to friendly helpfull staff, Have used this airport parking before and feel it is the safest one around Glasgow Airport, quick transfer to and from airport best one around, see you all next holiday. Thanks for a keeping my car safe.
