Arrived at car park at 0345 the staff on duty in reception and the driver were both every helpful. All very smooth on return transfer.

I was very impressed with overall levels of service. Check in, transfer, pick up were done very well. only a couple of minor issues concerning transfer vehicle. 1. bit grubby inside - bits of litter on floor and quite dirty looking. 2. no air conditioning. on the odd occasion we get warm weather, and we do more regularily, it would be nice to be transferred in cool comfort.

Everything was done very efficiently we arrived at the car park the girl at the reception was very nice and helpful we got on the bus right away and we were at the airport in no time at all. When we arrived back called and said that we had arrived back and within about 10 mins there was a bus there for us. We will be using flying scot again.

Website transfer time of 3-4 minutes would be optimistic even for late night. Staff were very professional and bus was there to collect on return within minutes of phoning my arrival through. Would use again with only advice being to allow about 25-30 mins from arriving at car park to arriving at airport.

Arrangement went exactly as expected with minimal wait for transport at both ends.

Staff could be a little bit more friendly. For the rest a quick service @ check-in and check-out and good response time by the collection-bus on arrival. Certainly worthwhile to use them again.

On afternoon arrival in May quickly through check-in and although only two of us straight off to airport. On return 'phone call as soon as we received ALL our luggage' and bus arrived within a few minutes and a short wait for two passengers to arrive as two flights had arrived at same time. On arrival received car keys and code to exit and was off. Only problen was seeing numbers etc on control pannel.
