My SAT NAV didn't take me straight to the car park; and I had to ask where the phone was, when coming out of departures to arrange the return lift-other than than no problems, a good service.

Great service, great price,we had a quick check in our bags were loaded onto the bus and we were on the way to the airport within 10 minutes.On the way back we phone the number given and were again picked up within 10 minutes.Once back at Flying Scot we picked up our car from the allocated row and we were on our way home.Will us definitely use again in October.

Have used Flying Scot many tims before and have only given a 4 because, like many others, they were caught out by the turmaoil caused by the volcano plus the 'phone in the arrivals hall did not work so we had an usually long wait for the 'bus

The staff were very helpful at the drop off and pick up point. Leaving the car took approx 5min to log it in and approx 2min on our return. the return bus pick up was done from a telephone in the baggage return hall and the bus was waiting for us outside the airport. The only minor problem was finding the car park as the directions were not very clear on the notes. But otherwise very good experience.

Transfer back from airport should have been quicker ie.waiting till bus was full should have been a tighter schedule. Apart from this very good service, will definately use again.

Great service all round. Only thing I could fault is that they crammed too many on the bus on the way back, and kids were sat on the seats and the older prople had to stand up.
