Great service.

Everything went smoothly - good communication.

No problems with either drop-off or collection at T5 Heathrow. Was met at 05:45 as agreed and car arrived back promptly after we phoned from baggage collection at about 21:00.

All good - but you still have to wait for your car as it isn't brought to you until you have collected luggage so there is always a 10 min delay.

Whole process worked very well. Team were polite and friendly.

Friendly driver, did not have to wait long after we had arrived and picked up bags, a total of 15 minutes which was great. The only negative thing was that we arrived to the airport an hour earlier then noted on the booking and were not able to drop off the car earlier.

Overall I was very happy with this service. Both drop off and pick up went smoothly, drivers, very friendly, polite and professional. Waited only a few minutes. However, I was very disappointed to discover that my sat nav holder that fixes the sat nav to the windscreen was missing from my glove compartment, which I know was there when the car was picked up because I put it there on arrival at Heathrow. I have queried this with 5 Star Meet and Greet and they are investigating. I have now ordered a replacement from Amazon at the cost of £1.30, so no big deal, but the fact that it disappeared in the first place, is! It is a shame because other than that I was very happy, but this just leaves doubts.

Few minutes wait both on collection and delivery. Otherwise quite good.

All went well although I had difficulty in understanding the driver who delivered my car.

Generally very helpful; particularly good communication on drop off. A pity that we were sent to the wrong level and area for pick - hence rating of 4 not 5
