5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

I was a little early for my 1900 drop-off but rang the 30 mins in advance. I was told pick-up might only be at 1900 which was understandable but the car was eventually picked-up (after a couple more phone calls) at 1915 (15 minutes late and 25 mins after I got to the terminal). It wasn't a problem but it was a bit poor. Return was handled perfectly and I'd definitely use the service again but the initial experience lacked care.

Easier way of leaving your car close to the airport. Only thing is plan your timing of arrival well if you are too early there is a Tesco close by so you can chill with a coffee or a meal before making your final destination.

Good courteous service, staff spoke too quietly on the phone to understand instructions properly.

Good, but as it was our first time of using the meet and greet got a little confused as to where to drop our car off, and had to wait 10 mins for car to be delivers back to us having said all above we would definitely use this service again.

The driver took a while to find us when we arrived and had no paperwork only a telephone message to prove who he was, since we were early it didn't matter, but was a bit unprofessional. On our return the car arrived before us and everything was perfect.

Great simple service, small time delay in collection hence no 5 star, would use again.

Great service, booking online easy, easy instructions on contacting and meeting the driver. I was met on time on arriving at the airport and returning. I chose the company from a friends recommendation and certainly would use 5 Star meet and Greet again.

I have used 5 Star over twenty times and always found the service very straightforward and reliable. They compete really well on price, including discounts for returning customers. The staff are polite and friendly and they have never let me down.
