Excellent service as described.

Excellent service. We took an earlier flight, so arrived ahead of scheduled time but 5 Star were quick to respond and we had our car within 12 minutes of phoning from baggage hall.

This is an excellent service. We telephoned about 15 minutes before our arrival at Heathrow departures and someone was there, waiting for us when we arrived. He was very friendly and polite and even helped unload our suitcases. On our return we telephoned to say we had arrived and even though the flight was early our car was brought within 10 minutes. Again, the driver was very pleasant and helpful and again even helped us to put our cases in the boot. We have used the company before and would not hesitate to use them again and to highly recommend the service. Thank you to all the staff involved.

The Meet and Greet worked really well. Easy to find the driver at Terminal 5 Heathrow and car promptly there on our return.

I booked on day of departure and there was no-one to meet me at the drop off point. For some reason the booking was not in the system. If i had waited any longer to call you then i would have missed my flight. In fairness you did rush someone round as quickly as possible who met me at check-in so you did rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

Our earlier arrival time (notified to them whilst en route) was accommodated with no quibbles, but they arrived 10 minutes later than they advised with unprofessional looking and inaccurate paper work. On our return, our car was returned to us within 10 minutes of our call, but it looked as though it had been parked under a conifer tree all week and the back window was covered in twigs, leaves and bird poo! But the price was as reasonable as parking for the week and it was a lot more convenient.

Excellent. i was really impressed. The check in and out arrangements could not be simpler and all worked really easily. Pleasant staff and very competitive prices too. Well done! Will definitely use again.

We have used this service many times and it seems to get better and better. This was another trip to terminal 3 at Heathrow. The staff call you before you arrive, then greet you as planned and bring your car back within minutes of phoning after getting your luggage. I have no idea where they park my car, but there are very few miles added so I trust it is local and safe.
