5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

I have used various different companies on the Park and Go circuit and have to say this was the best so far. I received a call an hour before I was due to arrive and then again 20 minutes before. On arrival the guy was waiting for me. He was polite and friendly. On my way back I called as I was going through passport control as I had no luggage and he was there waiting for me when I arrived. Great experience would have no problem using again.

Generally very good, car return excellent. We were met literally at the same time we crossed the road to the Valet Parking booth.

Timely and efficient service at LHR Terminal 5 on both departure and arrival. Would rate a "5" had the driver been waiting "on the other side" of the barrier on our departure - we found him easily enough at the doors into the Terminal. Very good value!

Another excellent experience with 5 Star Meet and Greet. They make the start and end of a trip so much easier. We cannot recommend them highly enough and have already booked our next trip with them.

Great friendly service, outbound flight quick and efficient, return flight had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring me my car.

We got called before we left and when we arrived. A very efficient and friendly service as well as the most competitivly priced.

It took over an hour to get my vehicle delivered back to the terminal after I had contacted 5 star meet and greet car parking. I chased and spoken to one of the staff who couldn't even be bothered to phone me back with an update and instead sent a text offering a free valet if I use the company again in the future. What a waste of time.
