Excellent service, arrived an hour early, someone was there to greet us as we arrived at Heathrow Terminal 3. On return plane an hour late, chaos in border control, but car waiting outside for us in immaculate condition. We could not have been happier, would not hesitate to use or recommend this service again.

I have used Park and Go before and continue to be impressed with the service and the politeness of the staff. My only slight criticism is that the drivers are often a few minutes late on arrival. However, that said, I arrived early on Saturday and the team handled it extrement well. I often recommend you to friends and am about to book another service. Thanks

Shame about the lack of information when dropping off the car, wasted 15mins waiting on someone to arrive, but not told where to meet.3-4 phone calls later he arrived, also cut off at one point. After that no problems, collected car without any problems.

We were a party of four in two cars, the meet and greet was at Heathrow, we found your staff to be most friendly, dressed in recognisable attire and act in a professional manner.
