Very good service in time to collect the car and meet you to pick the car.

Excellent service. It took away all the stress of airport parking and it was really nice to receive a voicemail on landing confirming that on receipt a telephone call the car would be with us within 10 mins. Everybody we spoke to was extremely courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Waiting for us when we arrived and didn't have to wait to long on the return. Overall one of the better meet and greet companies we have used.

30 mins late for collecting car at 5.30am, no apology. Avoid.

Great experience overall. I have used many meet and greet services in the past and this one certainly rates amongst the best. From progress calls made to me on our journey to the airport and then the service when we were meet on outward and return journeys were great. Very competitively priced. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service.

Excellent - I was rung 30 mins prior to my arrival and this was really appreciated as it allowed me not to worry etc. I was given clear instructions and the handover to the driver was done quickly and I was on my way into the Terminal building promptly. Upon my return, the flight was delayed by an hour, but this was not a problem for Park & Go, The car was delivered within 10 minutes of my arriving at the car drop off point and I was on my way home relaxed and comfortable. The car was as I had left it and had done 27 miles in the interim, which I thought reasonable for an off-site parking service. I would use Park & Go again and can thoroughly recommend them.

Very good overall. It would be great to have diagrams on the website for each terminal of exactly where to take/drop off car. Also I had to wait 30 mins on return from phoning to my car arriving which is much longer than I understood it would take - that part (esp late at night) was dissappointing.

This was my second experience of using this company and again the experience could not be faulted. Promt and courteous staff made the airport encounter a doddle. As cheap as off site parking which we have used before, but no lugging of cases on and off buses and no hanging around waiting for the bus to arrive. Thanks Park and Go...we will be using you again.
