Excellent service. The delivery and collection of the car was completed with no fuss and within 5 minutes. This was very much appreciated as our inbound flight to Heathrow was delayed by over 90 minutes. I will definitely use the service again.

Excellent service! No long walks or waiting for buses, our pick up driver was waiting at departures (at 6am) and on return at arrivals. The driver was friendly, very professional and efficient. What more could you want. I would recommend this outstanding service.

I had a great experience with Park & Go, I arrived earlier than my booked time & Park & Go where great, They came earlier for us :-) And picking up was just as smooth. I will definitely be using this service again; Easiest airport parking I've ever used.

A good solid service. It does what it says it does on the tin. Very good value for money.

Prior to arrival at terminal 5 Heathrow service involving email and text conf was good. When we arrived at the airport our information printed from the confirmation told us to wait the other side of the barrier at the short stay car park, this we did; but there was no show from the company, I reapeatedly called them to be told they were 2 mins away, 10 mins later called again and told 2 mins away?! several calls later and 30 mins wait! We established that the man was there, but waiting at row G I think in the car park? This is not the information given to you as a customer on any documentation, I have apraised the company of this and hope they make it clearer for subsequent customers, as if it wasn't for that, it would have been a good and reasonbably priced service. I am travelling again end of month and will give them another go so can't have put me off too much.
