Absolutely amazing service! Have been using Park & Go for about 6 years now and have always been happy, but really appreciated the support Annette provided due to travel plan changes as a result if Covid. Thank you very much!

Park and Go were amazing! They were super efficient and managed to amend my booking with ease when I decided to extend my stay. I would highly recommend!

Having used for years, I was very disappointed and concerned that drop off and pick up is outside departures and not on level4. Trying to save a few £s on parking ticket at the expense of customer service is poor. Not sure if now will use again.

Collection from Heathrow T2 was on time. However, the driver had no visible means of identity. There was no Inspection Sheet for me to authorise either at the drop off or the collection in which case it would have been impossible to record any defects/damage that might have occurred during the parking period.

Despite the very challenging circumstances brought about by COVID, the team were as usual smiling, professional and punctual. 5 stars for 5 Star Meet & Greet!

Very prompt and polite.

I have used their services previously which was really good but this time around they surpassed all expectations. Excellent customer service and polite drivers. Efficient pick up and drop off. They were very patient with me when I got held up in traffic for 1 hour and also on return when there was massive queue. They communicated with me and reassured me they will be waiting. Will definitely be using them again.

A good, great value service, which I've used many times. Currently improved by the fact that the car is being collected from and returned to passenger drop off rather than the car park. Be sure to ring at least 40-45 mins prior to arrival though. It can be hard to judge, but I rang 25-30 mins beforehand as requested but had to wait 10-15 mins for our driver. Conversely though, upon return, we were slightly delayed after collecting our bags and the driver was very accommodating about waiting for us. So overall, very much recommended.
