Wow, what a fantastic service! I had no waiting times and was in my car within 5 minutes of collecting my case, after a trans atlantic flight it was a welcome perk. I was contacted as advised and clear instructions given where to park the car. A service I would definatley use again and will recommend to any other travellers. Thank you

Excellent service - I needed to use it because I had to get a bike onto the plane so the valet service was perfect. Very slick service, very highly recommended.

We have done meet and greet many times and this was one of the best. Courteous and friendly staff who phoned us and checked on our travel progress and turned up on time, even when we were delayed on our return. All in all an excellent service.

excellent pick up service but a little slow on the return journey. It was noted that the car was parked in the dark area of the return car park making it difficult to check for any damage you may have caused.

Pickup was fine. On arriving at the airport, I called the coordinator and was told the car would be delivered back in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called again and waited a further 10 minutes before receiving my car. I understand traffic can be heavy around Heathrow at times but this is their core business. My return flight number was provided in advance and therefore my landing time was available. Surely provision should have been made to get my car to me on time? It would have been quicker to park in long term parking and take the bus...

Excellent. Guys who meet and greet are friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my suitcase and had to suddenly delay pick-up and all were very accommodating.

The car was safely collected and returned and the staff were courteous but the waiting times were so long that I might just as well used the long stay car park and taken a bus. It totally defeated the object of a meet and greet.

A very professional and efficient group who made first contact with me before I had the chance to call them to confirm my arrival at the airport for my depature and return. Less than a 5 minute wait to be greeted by a friendly and courteous staff member in first class fashion! Pricing is very reasonable for the service provided and I will definitely use Park and Go at every opportunity. Well done lads!
