5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

Very friendly and relaible.

I usually use the long stay, and being fed up with catching a bus to the car park after a late flight, a friend recommended 5 Star Meet and Greet. I was surprised to learn prices were comparible, if not cheaper. The service was great. On arrival, I had a little trouble finding the meeting point, but the rep was on hand to guide me and actually waited for me to follow him. The handover was quick and efficient. On my return, having only hand luggage, I called 5 Star as soon as i left the plane. The only very slight negative was that I had to wait 5mins or so at the meeting point before my vehicle arrived, however, in the bigger picture this is nothing compared with waiting for a bus to long-term parking All in all a great service, highly recommended and most definitely will use again.

The service was excellent, I would have one moan and that was the SAT NAV code given in the confimation was incorrect and sent me to another part of the area (T3, I wanted T5)so it delayed my arrival by about 15 mins.

Convenient. There was someone there waiting for me when I arrived and I didn't have to wait too long to get the car back. Car was OK Had 28 miles on the clock though, which seems a lot, even to justify the low price.

I travel from Heathrow almost every week. I've been using Purple Parking for ages and they just get more expensive all the time, difficult to justify on expense claims. These guys offer a comparable service at almost half the price. Also they add a nice touch by calling you when you're half an hour away to check all is on schedule. Nice guys too. Recommend.

Worked very well. Not too much of a wait on dropping and arrival, would use again.

Would have been a 5, but had not been advised as to which Level in the car park at T5 I needed to park the car. Very efficient thereafter and car delivered to Level 4 of car park very promptly.

On the outbound trip I did not receive the stated phone call before my arrival at Heathrow. On arrival there was no one to meet me and I had to telephone twice to find out what was happening. I was told that the driver had been waiting for me, but had then gone off without notifying the office! In the end they were 40 minutes late meeting me. On our return they were ready and waiting for me and all went smoothly. Yes I will give them another try as I have used before with no problem and will accept a one off error. Glenn Curtis

Very prompt drop off and pick up. There was over 40 miles added to the clock - wonder where the car was parked while we were away.

Very good service, however I had to wait about 10 minutes to hand over my car.
