Hassle-free, efficient, easy booking.

It was really easy to leave / pick up the car at the airport. I heard some other parking services of different company includes cleaning the car. If you have the cleaning service, I definitely use this service every time.

Reception and price great. Inbound flip was early and I phoned to advise this as we were approach in luggage collection. On arrival at the collection point nobody was there and I had to phone again. Attendant arrived with car about 5 minutes later. Would have been better if the car was waiting for is when we arrived.

Overall very good, slight confusion on where to meet at LHR T5. Car must have been parked in builders yard for the four weeks considering the coating of dust it had. Will use again.

Generally very good, car return excellent. We were met literally at the same time we crossed the road to the Valet Parking booth.

Timely and efficient service at LHR Terminal 5 on both departure and arrival. Would rate a "5" had the driver been waiting "on the other side" of the barrier on our departure - we found him easily enough at the doors into the Terminal. Very good value!

I have used Park and Go before and continue to be impressed with the service and the politeness of the staff. My only slight criticism is that the drivers are often a few minutes late on arrival. However, that said, I arrived early on Saturday and the team handled it extrement well. I often recommend you to friends and am about to book another service. Thanks

Waiting for us when we arrived and didn't have to wait to long on the return. Overall one of the better meet and greet companies we have used.

Very good overall. It would be great to have diagrams on the website for each terminal of exactly where to take/drop off car. Also I had to wait 30 mins on return from phoning to my car arriving which is much longer than I understood it would take - that part (esp late at night) was dissappointing.
