We've used 5 Star Meet and Greet several times now. Never had any issues with this company.

Seamless and easily the best airport parking experience.

Met fairly promptly on departure and return, though on return some confusion about where we actually were. We were in the location we had been told to go to, but the driver was somewhere else. All resolved quickly enough. Good value and saves all the hassle.

Great service; prompt and courteous. Have used them many times and will continue to do so. Thank you.

We had 225 miles to drive to arrive at Heathrow and were early - the Meet and Greet were unable to meet us until the time we had said we would arrive - we needed to wait in a service station. When collecting the car they were 20 minutes late and the car looked as if it had been parked in a field - it was covered with mud, mainly outside but muddy footprints on 3 of the floor mats inside too. We probably will not use this Meet and Greet service provider again.

Didn't have to wait too long before my car was collected. And it was even faster on getting back.

Have used a few of the valet parking companies and they all operate in the same way. But service was actually very good. I was delayed leaving home and was going to be a couple of hours late from the scheduled drop off time. No problem and they agreed to collect my car from the hotel not T5. Upon return, delivery was very quick and didn't wait at all.

Everything worked exactly as it was stated on the information. Drivers were courteous and on time. First time I’ve used meet and greet and it’s so much better than park and ride. Plus they’re cheaper. Excellent. I will use this firm again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service all round, I use them regularly and will continue to do so.
