Great service, bit of mix up over meeting place but think that was down to me getting in a panic. Guy that came for car was very pleasant & cheerful.

The arrival was very good, phone call received 20 mins before scheduled arrival and the driver was waiting. You should inform customers that on arrival at terminal 5 LHR they should go to "fast track" parking on level 4. I went to the wrong entrance and had to circulate back and try again!! On return I had to wait 10 minutes for the car although I had estimated 5pm and that was the time I arrived at level 4.

No waiting, polite staff. Very good service.

The service was courteous and good value for money. There were no problems during departure, but we did have to wait for about 15 minutes after picking up our bags on arrival back at Heathrow. I will use again.

Dropping of the car on the outgoing flight was smooth with no delays. Not so good on the return flight, we had to wait 45 minutes for our car to be delivered.

The drivers are absolutely superb and provide a top notch service. It was an easy service to use and I would certainly use it again. Many thanks

The Meet and Greet when I was arriving at T4 was very good. However the rating is only 4 not 5 because it took quite a few phonecalls to the 3 numbers provided to get a person to talk to me in order to deliver the car back to T4.

We used the service recently at Heathrow Terminal 5. Great value for money and a good service which I would recommend to anyone.

No problems encountered and all ran very smoothly. Car was ready and waiting at the terminal which saved about 1/2 hour in transfers to car park. I would use this service again.
