Very good service, the good thing in their service that they call us in our way to the airport and after landing. I always use them.

On time and professional. Flight arrived early, yet only waited 10 minutes.

Overall good. But waited more than 5 minutes at drop off. Car was in car park but no man with key.

I use this service all the time and the guys are great but I am becoming increasingly frustrated by them changing my radio settings and this week changing my sunroof. I understand they need to drive the car but it should stop there why do they need to play with my gadgets ?

Generally a good experience but more needs to be done at Heathrow when dropping off the vehicle. Representatives from 5 Star need clear signs or a distinctive uniform to make it easier to identify them. All in all would use again.

Good service and everything on time.

Total confusion when picking car up, paperwork said go to level 1 but when we phoned were told to go to Level 4. No one appeared so telephoned again and were told to go to level 2! Not what we needed in the freezing cold after a 13 hour flight!!

Instructions were very clear and good (if a tad grumpy on occasion!) communications throughout. The drop off and pick up went really smoothly and the car was returned quickly and in the same condition as I left it. The price was good and I would definitely use again.

Had no problems at all. Phone about 30 minutes before we arrived and found the instructions to the drop off area very clear and some one was waiting when we arrived. When we returned back to the UK phoned as we got to passport control and the car was there waiting for us. We would recommend using them and Park & Go
