over 30 mins late in the morning to pick up car on an already tight flight time.. nearly missed the flight. Made several calls ..most ignored.

Worked fine and good value for an extended stay.

Prompt pick up though from level 4 not 2 . On return very quick and cheerful.

Great service. Have used meet and greet parking many times and these guys called me on my outbound journey to double check my ETA as they knew traffic was heavy around LHR. On my return, cars were ready in less then 15 minutes from when we called. Polite and courteous too.

A little bit of waiting around but all in all very good, it is very convenient with friendly staff. Will definitely be using again.

We gave used this type of service at Gatwick and I have to say our experience at LHR was by far the best. We were extremely impressed by the punctuality of the drivers, the fact that the short time parking was paid for and we will be using it again. Also the rates are very competitive and Annette in York was very helpful.
