We feel you haven't got this quite right. The booking all went smoothly but when I phoned to let you know we were half an hour away from Heathrow, you couldn't find our booking, even though I had a reference. Anyway, we were met efficiently and that all was fine. The problem was on our return, even though following the instructions and phoning on arrival and again when we had our baggage, we had a 20 minute wait. Our car was in the car park but no members of Park & Go. The desk was manned by other company representatives but none of yours. We had to telephone again and were told you were delivering another car. After travelling for 17 hours, this was not what we wanted to hear. Just a bit of a shame as we probably won't book with you again.

Very friendly. Prompt and efficient service at all times. Easy to contact for drop off and pick up the car. Competitively priced.

Excellent Service. I did not have any issues and during the drop off or pick up the timing was spot on. I saved lot of time option for this and Parking facility and would definitely come back or refer it to friends.

Great service on departure but had to wait over 25 minutes on return, phoned 3 times and little response.

Efficient service as usual. However, on my return, it emerged the car was desperately low on fuel. The team drove me to a petrol station and then onto the car - first class customer service.
