Bad experience for both departure and arrival. On arrival - telephoned advising we would arrive in 20 minutes when joining the M25 from M3 as instructed. On arrival at the parking space had to wait 20 minutes for a driver to collect our car. On arrival- telephoned to advise we had picked up up our cases from the baggage hall. No reply, went to voicemail on both numbers given, on the sixth attempt. A voice told us that we were not expected until 1.30 next morning, so please wait for a call back. Waited for 35 minutes, a call came and our car appeared 10 minutes later. Our plane landed 10.55, we got our car at 12.15.

Good service for good price!

On return I was kept waiting for 40 minutes and each time I called they said it would be 5 minutes and then the driver did not pay the exit fee - he went to the machine but had trouble and handed me the ticket knowing I would have to pay at the exit, absolutely disgusting and I wont use them again.

Everything worked as smooth as one can expect. Great service.

Not ready for me when at airport. Car came back with mud on tyres, with some splatters. looks like it was parked in field. Not the case on previous use of this service.

Drop off was fine. Pick up was not. Main phone number did not work (tried 5 times and from different phones), second number went straight to voice mail. Tried calling park and go for advice (not open) and then tried an email to 5 star which got a bounce back. At about the point I was going to jump in cab, thinking I had been scammed and the car stolen I got call back from a guy saying he had missed call....20 mins later I had my car back. Not what I wanted late at night - took about an hour in total. The guy dropping off the car apologetic hence not a 1 star rating.

We were early at the drop-off, when you have to drive 200 miles its hard to accurate. We had to wait 35 minutes for a driver to pick up our car. On return our car eventually turned up one hour and 40 minutes after the plane had landed. The driver blamed heavy traffic for the delay. Surely they were aware of heavy traffic. Where were they bringing the car from? It would have been far cheaper and quicker to use a car park + shuttle. I will never use this service again.
