Excellent service

Friendly driver, did not have to wait long after we had arrived and picked up bags, a total of 15 minutes which was great. The only negative thing was that we arrived to the airport an hour earlier then noted on the booking and were not able to drop off the car earlier.

Have used a couple of times after being initially a bit suspicious about the very low price. Cannot recommend them enough. Efficient and great time keeping.

Overall I was very happy with this service. Both drop off and pick up went smoothly, drivers, very friendly, polite and professional. Waited only a few minutes. However, I was very disappointed to discover that my sat nav holder that fixes the sat nav to the windscreen was missing from my glove compartment, which I know was there when the car was picked up because I put it there on arrival at Heathrow. I have queried this with 5 Star Meet and Greet and they are investigating. I have now ordered a replacement from Amazon at the cost of £1.30, so no big deal, but the fact that it disappeared in the first place, is! It is a shame because other than that I was very happy, but this just leaves doubts.

Pick up and delivery was very good but after enquiring how far compound was (10 miles from terminal 5 Heathrow) I was shocked to see that the car did 38 miles when returned not sure what they did for 18 mile extra beware????

Great service. Driver was there to collect with a few minutes of arriving and was there to meet on collection. Will use again.

An excellent service. Very polite, on time and efficient. I actually double booked and there was no hesitation giving me a refund. Will always use them in future.
