Excellent service on outbound. Drop off polite and quick. On return had to wait 30 mins as driver took car to wrong terminal despite a label on key fob stating terminal 5.

Having never used a service like this before I was apprehensive as to how well things would run, and now post event I would not consider using any other parking facility as it was better than parking in the short stay car park. The instructions were spot on, so unsure what the other reviewers are talking about when saying the directions are complicated and inaccurate. I parked right by the lift to the terminal building, the chap was with us within 5 minutes of our arrival and with a very swift changeover we were off on our merry way and getting our break underway. Brilliant service well done, will definitely use again!! Thanks guys

We had appalling traffic problems on the M25 from J21a to the M4 and were in serious doubt as to whether we would calch our flight. P&G phoned to find out where we were and we then phoned back 10 minutes from T1. The driver was there waiting and we ended up in good time for our flight. The return was excellent. A call on arrival, followed by another when we had all our luggage and the car was at the T1 car park within 5 minutes. Overall excellent.

Excellent and courteous service, hard to juggle the return time, but played it safe and the driver was there exactly as specified. We returned a day late thanks to BA epic failure - phoned the switchboard and they immediately knew who we were (not the usual 50 questions) and simply £7 extra to the driver, sympathy and consideration. Brilliant outfit will use here-on-in.

Car picked up and dropped off within minutes of phone calls. Would definitely use again.

First class service on coming back to the UK I was met within 10 mins of me phoning them with the car warmed up and running in designated Meet and Greet parking spaces right outside the lift car park all this and CHEAP TOO will use again.

Good on way out average on way back. We had no hold luggage and despite the gate being some distance from the arrivals area (including a shuttle) we only took 20 minutes to the meeting point and the car met us after 35 minutes so we had a 15 minute wait. So on airport is better.

We had to wait 30 minutes in the carpark for the car to be returned. When it arrived it was absolutely covered in bird droppings. The driver's seat was also wet, which I discovered after a few minutes of driving as my jeans were wet through. I phoned 5 Star and they offered me a free valet on my next booking with them. This is useless as I will not be using them again. The whole point of meet and greet is to have your car be promptly brought back to you in the condition you left it in. I had to have my car valeted on the way home from Heathrow and the bird droppings were so stuck on that it didn't all come off, and I was only away for the weekend!
