5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

Outbound pickup there waiting, however upon inbound arrival we had to hang around for 20 minutes for car to arrive. Not good after a long flight and so much for '5 Star Meet and Greet'.

First time I've used this form of parking. very pleased with the way, I was treated & so simple to use. Very good comms about asking if we're on time to meet & on return the car was waiting in the airport car park with the attendant & exit ticket supplied free. Most excellent service, I would recommend this to anyone.

A really friendly, proffessional and efficient service. I have used this company several times and never had any problems. The process is efficient and good value.

Very friendly and reliable service. Despite getting my dates wrong on return, they were able to deliver the car within 10 minutes. I have used them on a couple of occasions since and my journey to and from the airport has been effortless. They have removed the stress of driving miles to the long term car park and waiting ages for a random bus to drive me back along the sane route.

Since using 5 Star last year for the first time I now never use anyone else. Staff are exceedingly polite, friendly and helpful and I have no cause for concern when handing over the keys. Rates are very competitive even against some of the non valet car parks. This is such an easy service to use, I wouldn't waste time looking elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Excellent service Driver was there at the airport to meet me and agian when I returned. cost less than the airport parking and didn't have the hassle of waiting around for bus Would definetly use the service again
