5 Star Meet and Greet Reviews

I usually use the long stay, and being fed up with catching a bus to the car park after a late flight, a friend recommended 5 Star Meet and Greet. I was surprised to learn prices were comparible, if not cheaper. The service was great. On arrival, I had a little trouble finding the meeting point, but the rep was on hand to guide me and actually waited for me to follow him. The handover was quick and efficient. On my return, having only hand luggage, I called 5 Star as soon as i left the plane. The only very slight negative was that I had to wait 5mins or so at the meeting point before my vehicle arrived, however, in the bigger picture this is nothing compared with waiting for a bus to long-term parking All in all a great service, highly recommended and most definitely will use again.

First time I have used 5 Star. Excellent service, both on collection and delivery. The driver was very courteous and telephoned to let me know of slight delay when stuck in traffic. I will use 5 Star again.

The service was excellent, I would have one moan and that was the SAT NAV code given in the confimation was incorrect and sent me to another part of the area (T3, I wanted T5)so it delayed my arrival by about 15 mins.

The clue is in the name! 5 Stars for this company. Stress free, time saving and it's always nice to have someone meet you at the airport when you arrive.

Excellent Service. Collection and Delivery of the car was prompt and the driver was polite and helpful.

Can't rate it highly enough as the only way to fly! Drivers are prompt, reassuring when you get stuck in traffic, and helpful with the luggage. What's not to like?!
