Excellent service, speedy collection and on return although we were hours getting through immigration and baggage collection the car was waiting for us when we got ot the car park. Very pleasant drivers all in all most professional.

Convenient. There was someone there waiting for me when I arrived and I didn't have to wait too long to get the car back. Car was OK Had 28 miles on the clock though, which seems a lot, even to justify the low price.

Despite calling the office 20 minutes before my arrival and drop off my car, I was another 20 minutes outside the terminal which in my mind is completely unacceptable as I might as well have missed my flight. There was also a short wait upon my arrival back. I would hence not recommend their service if you are in any hurry what so ever, but then it looses the attraction as I might as well have driven with a chauffeur or even have taken the tube, but why then use their service. Chauffeur service would almost have cost the same but without the hassle and tube would have cost much less, but spending the same time on the journey.

This was a great service we received a call around an hour before we were due to arrive to check our arrival time and again we were called just as we were going through customs to let us know they were returning our car.

I arrived a little earlier than planned though I did call to advise them en route. Despite this I still had a short wait (10 mins) before the car was collected. On my return, I struggled to contact the company (who provide 3 different mobile numbers), but when I finally received a call back after a few nervous minutes, I was told to go to the meeting point where my car arrived fairly promptly. Most concerning, there were 40 additional miles on the clock, which I felt was somewhat excessive, having used valet parking before, 5 to 15 miles is the norm. Also the car was a little mud splashed. The companies website declares cars are given a free wash which the car had not received.
