Great service and a reasonable price.

Have used meet and greet before, and the service has been good. This time leaving from Heathrow term 5, everything was so easy and efficient, info very good, plus being a car park, it was all undercover and by the lift to the departure hall.

Although they charge a decent low fare for this service - the service itself was poor: On the way out, I almost missed my plane as the driver was very late to pick up my car and difficult to join as the mobile numbers are not centralised. On the way back my car keys had apparently been left lock in another vehicle!!! and had to wait forever for them to sort out the problem. I will try a different service next time.

Drop off was easy with clear directions, and the car was ready to collect by the time we had got back to the drop-off point. Couldn't have been better.

I had to wait 35 minutes for my car, which eventually arrived at 22:35 hours at night after having travelled all day, and this is totally unacceptable.

I arrived early on the Friday and called one of the mobile numbers, which resulted in a driver arriving in 20 mins. On my return, the car took 25 mins to arrive although I was told 10 mins. A suggestion would be to consolidate all the mobile numbers into 1 phone number as it is difficult to know which to call.

Excellent service. Everything went smoothly. Staff were efficient, polite and friendly and called ahead to ensure they were availble when we arrived a terminal 5. Would definitely recommend and use the service again in the future.

Great value for money at £10 per day plus the luxury of being met promptly at the terminal door. No dragging luggage on and off buses and no driving around looking for a space! We rang to say we were early arriving and there was no problem. Polite and efficent service which we will use again.

Without a doubt the best car park and easiest I have used, I have already booked again for my next holiday keep up the good work, and THANK YOU.
