Not the best meet and greet experience. Though the staff I spoke to were polite and courteous, the drop off and collections were not efficient. In spite of calling in advance on both occasions (as instructed) I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a representative to arrive at drop off. Luckily I had enough leeway for flight departure. Similar story upon return, though the whole area in Terminal 3 level 4 was chaotic, with too many operators, no park spaces and blocking of access/exits. Someone at Heathrow parking authority needs to review the entire set up

This experience was satisfactory although the attitude of the call handlers could be better. In my opinion they need to be polite and courteous.

The wait for the keys to be picked up was over 20 minutes and the same on our return despite calling in plenty of time.

Driver was lovely but the staff on the phone are very impatient and sometimes difficult to understand, bordering on rude when you ask them to repeat the instructions. Also make sure you call them twice on return, once when you land and once when you have collected your luggage, if the driver hadn't told me I would only have called once I have my luggage (just like you do for everyone else's meet & greet). Overall ok for the price

Initial booking was ok. Had to make a very last minute registration number change which was confirmed by email. When phoning to give approximate arrival time (as per instructions) couldn't find booking in new reg and took a while to sort out. Once in the car park receipt for car was inbound the wrong details and so hand amended by the operator! On return, called number for the first time to confirm our arrival in the UK immediately upon exiting the aircraft and was told would be half an hour and no need to call again. Arrived at collection point and after waiting 10 minutes or so called the firm again and was told the driver was "leaving now and would be 20 mins". Car eventually turned up 1 hour and 4 minutes after initial call. Disappointing to watch many other travellers coming out of the Terminal and getting straight into their cars that had arrived in good time.

Followed all instructions to call 30 minutes before arrival then again when arriving but was left waiting nearly 20 minutes for someone to collect keys. On return called once landed and again once we had collected luggage and were left waiting over 30 minutes for car to come back. Had to call again and was told it was extremely busy at barrier but friends of ours using a different company and who had only called once luggage received had their car bought up by time we got up car park!

On departure, 6am, we had to wait over 20 minutes in the car park for car to be picked up, lot of confusion from driver not knowing the location! On return we had to wait over 20 minutes in 2 degrees temp as the driver's phone would not connect, tried over 9 times, even after phoning the first number when we landed as instructed!!!

Drop off was fine - no issues at all. Our flight was cancelled so I called to advise I had found alternative flights but we would be coming into a different terminal. I was informed this would not be a problem and they would meet us there. On arrival at the airport I had texts and missed calls saying that as my plane was cancelled what was I doing about my car. Had to then call again to advise of my earlier call. Eventually got my car at the drop off but had to pay the £5 drop off fee and had to wait 20 minutes for the car. Not the meet and greet experience I had booked!

Dropping off my car was straightforward, but collecting it took a while to get through to the number given on the 'collect' docket. It kept going through to answerphone, then a message saying the mailbox was full. I tried the second number on the docket and it was 'number unknown). Suggest this part of the process is looked at, maybe a message to say that if the phone is not picked up then please try in a few minutes? No point in trying to leave a voicemail. I also texted but no answer. When I did get through then everything worked fine. I had been travelling over 30 hours so just wanted to get home. I will use them again though as saves waiting for overcrowded buses to get you back to an off site car park.

I was happy when I checked in and found helpful employees but when I came back there was long wait in cold - the no. I called went in to voice mail and the attended told me that they don't have time to listen to voicemail, therefore it was substantial delay before getting my car back. I showed the attendant about the time of call but he was simply not interested, I felt let down. Thanks.
