Great communication Everything ran smoothly even though due to M25 traffic I arrived at Heathrow later than planned but gave them a call and it was no issue. No problems at all. Will definitely use Aerodrome Meet and Greet again.

I have used Aerodrome Meet and Greet several times at various Heathrow terminals, and have received excellent service at each. On this occasion I had no waiting either on meeting or collection, and I could not fault the drivers and efficiency of handover. I would have given a full five star rating except that somehow my car appeared covered in mud. The windscreen had been cleaned and I could drive off, but when I got home I could see how much dirt there was. I hope Park and Go will investigate. My car was immaculate when I handed it over.

Fantastic service. Collected car from me as soon as I arrived at the Heathrow Airport meeting point and were there on time when I arrived back at Heathrow. Will definitely use Aerodrome Meet & Greet again and would highly recommend.

Aerodrome Meet & Greet is a very convenient airport car parking service at the busy Heathrow Airport and very lovely welcoming staff. Following all the instructions makes the car park easier and very comfortable easy walking into departure and arrival with the convenience meet and greet services. Just that the phone handler needs to be more calm in listening to customers before dropping off calls on customers, Apart from this everything is lovely and would definitely recommend and book my next airport car parking with them.

There was a short wait for the driver to collect our car on the way out but the car was waiting for us when we arrived back. Great service!
