Reviewed on 11th May 2025I have used Aerodrome a number of times and they have always been good and prompt. On this occasion however although the drop off was fine I waited more than 30 minutes on my return for my car. No explanation was given!

Reviewed on 8th August 2024Positives: I booked my car in for 11 nights in July and the price was reasonable. My car was collected promptly on departure and the communication in advance was fine. Negatives: Our returning flight was delayed and after we landed I called as requested, they told me to call again when we had our luggage which I did. Unfortunately we had to wait another 30 mins after the second call for our car to arrive. With two tired children in tow this wasn’t ideal. Also when my car arrived it was filthy, covered in dust and dirt! As I had just had the car valeted before I left I was very disappointed to find it in this condition.

Reviewed on 12th April 2024Took a full hour from my phone call to be reunited with my car - hardly meet and greet. You know what flight people are back on and check arrival details. When I phoned I told them I had no luggage and would be straight out. Despite that, it took an hour for the car to arrive.

Reviewed on 1st November 2023Fine until we returned from holiday. At which point they decided to make us wait for 45 minutes in a dingy car park outside T5 for our car to be returned. Not really acceptable, given that we'd done as instructed and phoned them when a) the plane had just landed and b) we'd been reunited with our luggage.

Reviewed on 20th September 2023On Arrival at airport I called the number given half hour out and then called again on arrival had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive to take the car after a few calls no apologise on return journey called from custom line and explained we had no luggage to collect was informed to call as soon as got to end of line which I did we returned to pick up area and had three calls to the number given and 25 minutes wait and was told what do you want me to do about it he has been dispatched. I paid for meet and greet to be a quicker and easier process however this made me anxious and annoyed watching other people who arrived after me picking up there cars quicker from other meet and greet providers.

Reviewed on 19th June 2023Hard to get hold of someone with the numbers given - either routes to voicemail., which is full so no message can be left, or rings without being answered. When we finally got through, we were promised someone would be there on time, but they were 20 mins late - absolutely couldn't be considered a meet and greet services and could be very stressful if there was any time pressure.

Reviewed on 30th March 2023I had to wait in the cold for one hour for my car to be returned to me at T5, level 4 in a cold and wet weather with me sitting on wheel chair. The guy on the phone said it 25 minutes wait policy. I was later told the company initially took wrong car before returning it.
