Took a full hour from my phone call to be reunited with my car - hardly meet and greet. You know what flight people are back on and check arrival details. When I phoned I told them I had no luggage and would be straight out. Despite that, it took an hour for the car to arrive.

Third time using Aerodrome Meet and Greet this year, always without a problem. Accidentally, went in the lane for level 3, but phoned and they swiftly went down a level to pick up our car. Car always provided back within 15 minutes of phoning.
