Aerodrome Meet and Greet Reviews

Brilliant service and very easy.

We used Aerodrome Meet and Greet for the first time after reading previous reviews and we found them to be excellent. No problems at all, departure was all smooth sailing, we waited about 2-3 minutes to pick the car up after our arrival, car was spotless just as we’d left it. I did like the fact you call them when you land and then again after you pick up your luggage, would definitely recommend and would use again.

Were waiting when I got there to drop the car off, arrived at the same time I did to pick the car up. Car was returned as I gave it to them. All good.

As always, meeting was smooth, your chauffeurs are friendly and professional and the return procedure just as delightful. We have recommended your service to many.

Staff were friendly and efficient; waiting for us on departure and car was there in our arrival home. Would suggest they just give a reminder of their location on arriving back but otherwise no complaints.

This was a Heathrow T5 booking. Arrival process was clear and went without hitches. Upon return 28 days later, I followed due process and called the team twice. I was concerned because I had received notification from my Mercedes App that my starter was completely 'discharged'. I informed your team, they contacted the technician and called me back to say that the car had started without difficulty. I asked that once delivered not to switch off the ignition, just in case. This request was followed and I was pleased to get the car home as a result. A potential disaster was averted. Very impressed.

All good. Was a 15 minutes wait to drop off though spot on for return. Would use again.

Brilliant service. Pick up after landing was straightforward and timely. Just one suggestion, when we got to the car park on the day of departure it was very busy. It would have been useful if the team there could direct cars to available parking spaces as I was left blocking other traffic waiting for a space.

Only a few minutes wait for car to be collected on on departure, and it was waiting for me on my return. Efficient and not too expensive.

I have booked with them before for park and ride service. This time I booked meet and greet service. Amazing service, best I have experienced. Everything was perfect driver was there before us both times. Would definitely recommend and use the services again.
