Aerodrome Meet and Greet Reviews

I was concerned about the reliability of so many companies operating meet and greet at Heathrow and the reviews between different sites are conflicting. Aerodrome had more consistent positive reviews and included the cost of parking tickets in their price, which I found convenient. They don’t have a desk at Heathrow T2 and were slightly delayed meeting at drop off but at pick up it went very smoothly, the car was already there and we didn’t have to wait. Car was in the same condition as we left it.

Use Aerodrome Meet & Greet at Heathrow all the time and they are fantastic. Super smooth operation and never a problem with them. Drive up to dedicated area, unpack the car and give keys to driver. Receive slip of paper and go on holiday. Return to UK, phone to say your back and again when luggage collected. Go back to dedicated area and car turns up. Sometimes a little dirty (dust or tree sap) but nothing the car wash can't deal with and no damage. Had a cancelled flight and delayed by 24 hours. Payment made online for extra day parking - very smooth and trusted as contact details on slip of paper given when releasing the car to them. Absolutely pain free parking and advised colleagues to use. Two others now using Aerodrome for all future times at Heathrow. Third will be using for a first time in July. Highly recommended by myself.

Aerodrome Meet & Greet was very good, we were met on time and once we had returned the car was returned on time (no waiting about). The booking process was simple and not expensive, all in all a good experience.

Have been booking through Park & Go for years and extremely happy. Aerodrome Meet & Greet were excellent. Didn’t have to wait long either end. They were flexible when my flight was cancelled and had to reschedule my return collection. Both drivers were great and friendly. Highly recommend them.
