PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH, SEAMLESS. I HAD TO CHANGE THE DATE OF ARRIVAL 3 DAYS PRIOR, NO ISSUES AND NO EXTRA COST. CAR TRAVELLED 7 MILES WHILST WITH THEM. NO DAMAGE TO VEHICLE INSIDE OR OUT. COURTEOUS DRIVERS BOTH ENDS WITH NO WAITING ON ARRIVAL TO HAND OVER CAR OR DEPARTURE WHEN WE RETURNED. RECC 100% AND WILL USE AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.
