Reviewed on 16th November 2023EXCELLENT SERVICE. IVE USED A NUMBER OF MEET AND GREET COMPANIES AT HEATHROW OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS AND THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE BEST. PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH, SEAMLESS. I HAD TO CHANGE THE DATE OF ARRIVAL 3 DAYS PRIOR, NO ISSUES AND NO EXTRA COST. CAR TRAVELLED 7 MILES WHILST WITH THEM. NO DAMAGE TO VEHICLE INSIDE OR OUT. COURTEOUS DRIVERS BOTH ENDS WITH NO WAITING ON ARRIVAL TO HAND OVER CAR OR DEPARTURE WHEN WE RETURNED. RECC 100% AND WILL USE AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

Reviewed on 13th November 2023On departure, 6am, we had to wait over 20 minutes in the car park for car to be picked up, lot of confusion from driver not knowing the location! On return we had to wait over 20 minutes in 2 degrees temp as the driver's phone would not connect, tried over 9 times, even after phoning the first number when we landed as instructed!!!

One went through to an answer machine that was full, the other to a number that was disconnected. Began to look at alternative car parking arrangements. After around 7 attempts we got through on one of the phone numbers. No issues on return.
