Excellent service. Driver was already waiting before we got there. Upon return we called as soon as we landed, went to terminal 3 short stay parking and after a short 5 minutes wait our car was returned nice and warm. Airport ticket for entering the terminal was also paid for by Aerodrome Meet and Greet so that’s a big Yes . Will definitely use again. Well done for your great service.

Good communication from the guys at the car park with good directions. Drop off no issues. Pick Up from getting luggage was approx 30 minutes but all good. This was including the walk over to the car park. Overall good service.

The instructions were clear. The guy came to pick and drop the car on time. The whole experience was stress free and smooth. During the parking time the car was only driven 10 miles which is what I was expecting. Highly recommended!

Aerodrome M&G were excellent. Great Communication at HQ , arrived to collect our car on time, gave us full instructions on the return. On our return car was ready and waiting for us as we were through quickly with just hand luggage. I highly recommend them and will use them again on our next travels for business and pleasure. Really good service. Staff very polite and helpful. Only one point, if you’re going to park the car somewhere muddy please put some paper in the footwell. Nice muddy footprints wasn’t great in my clean car.

On departure we called the number but still had to wait about 15 minutes once we parked the car. Every other meet and great company had a stand on the 4th floor where we can go to, but Aerodrome didn’t have that so it was unclear who our contact was. On arrival we rang once we collected our luggage and still had to wait 30 minutes before we could get our car. When we gently questioned it the person on the phone was so rude, shouted and hung up the phone on me. Unfortunately I will not use them again
