Reviewed on 10th February 2023Dropping off the car was great, very smooth but on arrival even though I made the two required calls on landing and once collected luggage we still had to wait 20-25minutes for the car to arrive back in the car park so that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise everything else was good.

Reviewed on 25th January 2023Drop off was satisfactory, collection was abysmal. Neither of the 2 contact numbers provided were answered, even when it was possible to connect the call. Also was unable to get an answer on the either the landline or mobile customer service numbers. No representative was present at the Terminal car park when I arrived and ended up waiting 1 hr 40 minutes for my car to be delivered.
