I was impressed with the service from booking through to parking and collecting my car. The staff I met were polite and friendly and everything was very straight forward. It was lovely to be able to just walk into the airport from my car when both dropping it off and coming back from my holiday. Thank-you for a very easy and smooth experience.

Everything was fine while dropping of my car, but on our return my car was dropped off at Terminal 2 instead of Terminal 3. So after waiting nearly an hour before my car was returned, I have to say it was a let-down, other than that, everything else was fine and the overall service was great.
