Aerodrome Meet and Greet Reviews

The service was absolutely superb and excellent. It was my first time of using the service and I was not disappointed at all. I rang the telephone number given when I was a bit running late and the agent I spoke to instructed me accordingly what I need to do as soon as I get to the Airport Terminal 2, the level & Row I need to park. To be honest I was very impressed, everything went smoothly and even when I got back, it was great. I'll definitely use them again & again.

I am a repeat customer to these guys, their service has always been 1st class, pretty straightforward, no issues whatsoever and I will definitely continue to use them in future. Great service, please keep it up.

I have used this company several times now & their service has always been excellent. Fully comprehensive instructions received & a driver waiting to meet me in the designated area upon arrival & on departure. Would highly recommend & will definitely use again.

I was happy when I checked in and found helpful employees but when I came back there was long wait in cold - the no. I called went in to voice mail and the attended told me that they don't have time to listen to voicemail, therefore it was substantial delay before getting my car back. I showed the attendant about the time of call but he was simply not interested, I felt let down. Thanks.

Very good service - excellent communication and on time!

I used the service twice this month, my first flight departed Heathrow early and my car arrival was at 4.30 am….I was on my own, nervous I might miss the flight!! But on arrival I was met by a friendly, professional driver….and from then on I was met without any problems. I can highly recommend them….peace of mind.

Amazing service. So easy to find and a gentleman there to take the car immediately. On our return we made 2 phone calls from the airport and the car was ready to collect when we exited the airport. Will definitely use again.
