Reviewed on 25th January 2023Drop off was satisfactory, collection was abysmal. Neither of the 2 contact numbers provided were answered, even when it was possible to connect the call. Also was unable to get an answer on the either the landline or mobile customer service numbers. No representative was present at the Terminal car park when I arrived and ended up waiting 1 hr 40 minutes for my car to be delivered.

Reviewed on 31st December 2022Driver there when we arrived at the terminal to collect car from us. Driver arrived within 5 minutes of us arriving at the terminal to return our car to us. Excellent service. Excellent value. Will definitely recommend and use again.

On return we called as instructed and had a 5 minutes wait for the car to be returned to us For those wondering about mileage to secure parking we had 9 miles in total added since drop off Really impressed with the service and we are definitely booking through Park and Go again for our next flight from Gatwick. Highly recommend this service.
