Excellent service, would highly recommend. I always find it stressful when it says 'phone this number when you're 20 minutes away ', I'll be on the motorway then & that won't be easy! How happy was I when they contacted me & asked how my journey was progressing. Friendly representative was waiting for me and I didn't have to wait very long for my car to arrive back. I would say it was seamless.

The Aerodrome Meet and Greet service at Heathrow was excellent. Friendly staff at collection, and a lovely gentleman who met us on our return. All in all, very good. I will certainly be using it again, and have no problem recommending it to friends and family.

I cannot praise this company enough. I made two errors which they sorted out for me immediately. Very polite and very prompt.

Excellent - driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Heathrow, car was returned about 15 minutes after our ‘post-bag collection’ call which was only a 5 minutes wait after we had walked through to the short stay car park.

Excellent service! Easy drop off at Terminal 5 and car was there within a few minutes after we arrived back. Friendly and courteous service that I cannot fault. The lack of need for a transfer and parking at a reasonable price means I will be using Aerodrome Meet and Greet in future.

I heard about Park and Go services through a friend and called them to ask for advice as never used the service before. I spoke to a chap who was really helpful. I booked Aerodrome Meet and Greet service from Heathrow Terminal 5 and return to Terminal 3. What a truly great service. I couldn't fault anything. Really clear instructions for where to park when handing over the car and great service meeting the attendant to pick up my car. When we landed I made two calls to the number provided as stated (once when landed and once when bags collected and cleared security. My car was at the car park within 20 minutes of 2nd phone call. I would highly recommend this service. It was a great price and great service. I would definitely recommend and use thus service again. 5* service.

Excellent service. Someone waiting for me when I arrived at T5 for drop-off and car with me after 5 minutes when I got back. Polite service and would use again. Thoroughly recommend.
