Reviewed on 20th August 2025Fantastic service. Collected car from me as soon as I arrived at the Heathrow Airport meeting point and were there on time when I arrived back at Heathrow. Will definitely use Aerodrome Meet & Greet again and would highly recommend.

Reviewed on 7th August 2025Aerodrome Meet & Greet is a very convenient airport car parking service at the busy Heathrow Airport and very lovely welcoming staff. Following all the instructions makes the car park easier and very comfortable easy walking into departure and arrival with the convenience meet and greet services. Just that the phone handler needs to be more calm in listening to customers before dropping off calls on customers, Apart from this everything is lovely and would definitely recommend and book my next airport car parking with them.

Reviewed on 17th July 2025I was concerned about the reliability of so many companies operating meet and greet at Heathrow and the reviews between different sites are conflicting. Aerodrome had more consistent positive reviews and included the cost of parking tickets in their price, which I found convenient. They don’t have a desk at Heathrow T2 and were slightly delayed meeting at drop off but at pick up it went very smoothly, the car was already there and we didn’t have to wait. Car was in the same condition as we left it.

Reviewed on 15th July 2025Driver was lovely but the staff on the phone are very impatient and sometimes difficult to understand, bordering on rude when you ask them to repeat the instructions. Also make sure you call them twice on return, once when you land and once when you have collected your luggage, if the driver hadn't told me I would only have called once I have my luggage (just like you do for everyone else's meet & greet). Overall ok for the price
