Great service, however the signage at T5 is not great, very easy to miss.

Initial booking was ok. Had to make a very last minute registration number change which was confirmed by email. When phoning to give approximate arrival time (as per instructions) couldn't find booking in new reg and took a while to sort out. Once in the car park receipt for car was inbound the wrong details and so hand amended by the operator! On return, called number for the first time to confirm our arrival in the UK immediately upon exiting the aircraft and was told would be half an hour and no need to call again. Arrived at collection point and after waiting 10 minutes or so called the firm again and was told the driver was "leaving now and would be 20 mins". Car eventually turned up 1 hour and 4 minutes after initial call. Disappointing to watch many other travellers coming out of the Terminal and getting straight into their cars that had arrived in good time.

A really good value option to leave your car at T5. The drop off point is within the short stay car park and right at the end as well. However, all pretty smooth. When returning to collect the vehicle it was a pity we still had to wait 5-10 minutes for our car even though we'd phoned on landing and after collecting bags, but still quicker and easier than waiting for a shuttle bus to parking off site. Mileometer suggested the car had only travelled 6 miles too, so the car hadn't gone too far. Would definitely use again.

As always, we were met on time for our departure and our arrival back to Heathrow. Am very happy to recommend booking through Park & Go!

Perfect and smooth, getting to the airport can be very stressful but using this service was amazing from start to finish, would highly recommend this company to friends and family, and to top it off also a great price, both gentlemen that picked up my car and dropped it off were very friendly and helpful. Dont know why we havn't used this option sooner. Made the whole airport experience much smoother coupled with very professional service. Will be using for all flights from now on!
