The pick up was appalling. They asked to be rung when we landed, which we did. We then, as requested, rang from baggage claim. They then said, '15 - 20 minutes' The male on the end of the telephone had a limited command of English and his information about where he was to meet us was unintelligible. He had to get a colleague to ring. Then, when we couldn't find him, he refused to answer his telephone. The worst service we have had from P&G.

When I opened the driver door to get into the car, a cigarette butt fell out onto the road. How dare you smoke in my car. We do not smoke. I was furious. The car stunk of smoke was absolutely filthy when brought back by a very rude male driver. The bonnet was full of leaves and a broken branch. It looked like it had been parked in a forest for the week.

Communication is a wonderful thing ! Drop off okay Pick up completely rubbish - took 55 minutes so should have saved my money and gone to Long Term Parking. Clearly not rushing back to this company again.

Terrible Called 30 minute before arrival. Had to wait in car park for another 40 minutes Just as bad on pick up. Called before we got our bags as we knew how bad it was before. Told it would be 20 minutes wait from time of call. 25 minutes went past - no car. Had to call 3 times to get an update. Was told they would call me back with an update but they didn’t. Also they went to level 5 and made us walk up from level 4 to meet them. The info sheet says meet on level 4!! I asked for a call from their management the next working day, that call never came. To add insult to injury the driver drove with no lights on the car although pick up was in the dark. Also took a pen from our car to use to sign it back over to us. Will never use this company again!
